Ski trail access

There are two choices for skiing from the home. One is to just walk up Lomax Drive and ski Four O'Clock Ski Run to the Snowflake Lift. The second to ski from the home onto the Skyway Skiway to the Gondola.

    This incredible 5 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home has two grand bedroom suites with spectacular mountain views. The other 3 bedrooms all enjoy ensuite bathrooms, including a wonderful bunkroom off the games room.

    There is a heated oversized attached 3 car garage. The third garage space can be locked off seperately from the main garage and features a workshop area.

    This truly is a gourment kitchen with size and space to not only entertain but produce some serious delights! Granite counters, wood flooring and an open floorplan that connects with the living and dining area for social interaction. Don't forget the dominant ski area and mountain views!

    Immediately upon entering the front door of this magnificent ski home your eyes are dominated by the huge mountain views from the grand room. The open floorplan of the grand room is completey designed for entertaining and social gatherings with the kitchen looking towards the dining area and Mount Baldy and Peak 10. The dining area opens up to an incredible BBQ patio complete with articulate stonework, built-in gas fireplace and BBQ and specifically orientated to enjoy the afternoon sun and most amazing views of the ski area and Ten Mile Range. The flooring in the grand room is hand picked antique reclaimed wood from an old building. Dominiating the grand room is the staircause, custom built with artisan metal work and an amazing light feature that vertically features on all three floors. If you do not want to enjoy the staircase you can always use the elevator close by! The lower floor opens up to an additional family/games room. This features a bar that would be a showpiece on Breckenridge Main Street, a sight to behold. If your younger ones get to see the bunkroom they will sell the home to you.... With the bar/games/media room leading out to an additional fireplace/hot tub patio that backs to the open space with an almost wilderness ambience enjoying more mountain views and the twinkling lights of the Town of Breckenridge below you. The upper floor enjoys another small living area, secret bedroom and an office with a seat similar to the commanding office of an aircraft carrier, the views are simply tremendous!

    A high efficiency state of the art natural gas in floor radiant heating system is installed giving a very comfortable climate to the home. Each living area including bedrooms has its own heat zone.

    LOCATION

    Set on the best parcel of land in the prestigious, private and quiet Lomax Subdivision, the home backs onto the Town of Breckenridge Open Space. Just minutes from downtown Breckenridge and in the summer it is a wonderful walk down the trail into town! Because it backs onto the open space area you get to enjoy the privacy and most incredible views. Access the trail system for hiking, biking, backcountry skiing, as well as accessing the ski area!
